We realize that in many small businesses the Owner’s dedication to the business tasks at hand often leaves little or no time to devote to the various accounting functions that are paramount to the decision making process. Our various client programs are designed to minimize ownership time expended on the accounting process and reorder that time to the decision making process by providing timely and accurate accounting information.
Our price structure is designed to charge a fair price for the nature of the task undertaken. If the nature of certain tasks requires the skills of a paraprofessional, our client is charged for those services at paraprofessional rates. On the other hand, if the expertise of a Certified Public Accountant is required the work will be performed by a CPA. By gearing our fees to the function performed we are able to charge very competitive rates as compared to other firms.
We realize that making informed business decisions requires timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis. Our programs are designed so that our CPAs have contact with our clients several times throughout the year. We meet with the majority of our clients monthly. We have several programs all customized to meet the needs of the individual client.
